Who it is for
Chief executives and leadership teams who want a clear, independent view of where the business stands on AI before they invest further or set a strategy.
Format
A diagnostic for one company. We interview leaders, look at how AI is used today and review the data, risk and governance around it, then take your leadership team through what we found.
What we look at
Use and skills
Where AI is used today, by whom and how well.
Data and tools
What the work can draw on and what holds it back.
Risk and governance
Who owns AI risk and what your board can see.
Priorities
What to do first, in order, with owners.
What you leave with
- A clear picture of where the business stands on AI
- The risks and gaps that matter most
- The priorities to act on first, with owners
