The AI Strategy Sprint replaces the AI Leadership Hackathon.
Who it is for
Boards and leadership teams who have been told to do something about AI and need to agree what, together, in one day. It suits an away day or a strategy day.
Format
One day for one company's leadership team, in your offices or ours in the City of London. Chaired by Dan Ilett with Ewan MacLeod. The day ends in a decision, written down with owners.
How the day runs
- Part 1
Where AI changes your market
Look at what AI is doing to your customers, competitors and costs.
- Part 2
Build it yourselves
Every member of the team builds a working agent, so the decisions are made by people who have used the tools.
- Part 3
Where it pays first
Score the options against value, risk and effort with the AI Strategy Triangle.
- Part 4
The decision
Agree the priorities, the owners, the rules and the first steps, and write them down before you leave.
What you leave with
- A decision on your AI priorities, with named owners
- The risks you accept, scored and written down
- Every leader with a working agent of their own
- The next steps for Monday
