Why this course
The story that makes your people, customers and investors believe you, told in your own voice.
People follow leaders whose story they understand and believe. A strong leadership story wins support for change, persuades investors and makes your people proud to say where they work.
A half day, hands on, with no slides. You bring one real piece of your own work and leave with it moved forward.
Sessions run in central London, with small groups of senior people so every question gets answered.
