Who it is for
Leadership teams with a problem that keeps coming back to the agenda: a change that has stalled, a split at the top, a strategy people have stopped believing in or a hard call about the business.
Format
One day for one company's leadership team, chaired by Dan Ilett. We speak to the team before the day so everyone arrives knowing what has to be decided.
How the day runs
- Part 1
Name the issue
Before the day we hear from each member of the team and set out the issue in plain words.
- Part 2
The options
Lay out the real choices and what each one costs.
- Part 3
The hard conversation
Have the conversation the team has been avoiding, with a chair who keeps it moving.
- Part 4
The decision
Agree what happens, who owns it and when the team will check it has held.
What you leave with
- A decision on the issue, written down
- Named owners and dates
- A team that has had the conversation it needed
