Who it is for

Leaders who own a function, a business unit or a profit and loss and have been asked to make AI pay. It suits leaders who run operations, finance, sales, marketing, technology or people teams and want to lead the change in their own area with confidence.

Format

Six weeks online in a small cohort of senior peers. One live session a week, with work set between sessions on your own function so every week moves your real plan forward. The price is £3,000 per person, VAT included, or £12,500 for five people from one company.

What each week covers

  1. Week 1

Your function on an AI operating model

Map the work your function does today and mark where agents can take it on safely.

  2. Week 2

    Your first working agent

Build an agent on the platform your company already uses and put it to work on a real task.

  3. Week 3

    A workflow that holds up

Join agents and people into one workflow, test it end to end and set the checks that keep it right.

  4. Week 4

    Data, risk and the rules

Agree what data the work can touch, who owns each risk and what your board will ask to see.

  5. Week 5

    People and agents

Redraw roles and measures so your team grows with the change and stays accountable.

  6. Week 6

    Your AI plan

Present your plan for the function to the cohort and Ewan, and leave with it ready for your board.

What you leave with

  • A working agent doing real work in your function
  • A tested workflow with checks and a named owner
  • An AI plan for your function, ready to take to your board

Questions

Do I need technical skills?

You need a laptop, a work account on Claude, Copilot, Gemini or ChatGPT and a function you are responsible for. Ewan teaches the build side step by step.

What does it cost?

£3,000 per person, VAT included, or £12,500 for five people from one company.

How much time does it take each week?

One live online session a week plus time between sessions on your own function. The work you do between sessions is your real work, moved forward.

How is it different from a course?

A course is one full day on one skill. The programme runs for six weeks on your own function and ends with a working agent, a tested workflow and a plan.

Can we send a team?

Yes. Five people from one company cost £12,500, which lets a team build one plan across several functions.

Apply for a place

Send a short application. Marvina, who looks after applications, will be in touch to arrange a conversation with the faculty.
