AI governance

Why this course

Set the rules, owners and risk register your board needs before AI spreads across the business.

AI is already spreading through your business, often without anyone signing it off. Regulators, insurers and customers are starting to ask who is accountable, and boards that have the rules, owners and controls in place move faster with less risk.

A half day, hands on, with no slides. You bring one real piece of your own work and leave with it moved forward.

Sessions run in central London or online, with small groups of senior people so every question gets answered.
