A leadership 360 review gathers structured, confidential feedback on a leader from the people around them, usually board members, peers and their team, and turns it into a development plan the leader can act on. Leadership 360 includes a private debrief with Dan Ilett and a plan built with the leader.
The value is in the debrief. A good debrief turns the feedback into two or three things to change.
A 360 leads naturally into a course such as Presence for Leaders or Winning the Board.
